Patient Visiting Hours

We will be suspending visitation for a brief time as we adjust to going live with our new EMR system:

Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital is excited to announce our upcoming implementation of Electronic Medical Records, beginning Wednesday, 2/1/23. Conversion to Electronic Medical Records will be an important improvement to promoting quality treatment communication, record management and patient access to records. To ensure building security, patient safety, and staff support during our full implementation phase, Brooke Glen will need to suspend patient visiting from Wednesday, 2/1/23 to Friday 2/10/23. All patient visiting will resume on Saturday 2/11/23.

We are sorry for this interruption and appreciate your understanding.
Thank you. Administration

The participation of family and friends is crucial to our treatment philosophy, so we encourage them to visit their loved ones at our tranquil, 11-acre campus in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, a short trip outside of Philadelphia, and easily accessible by car, train or bus. When visiting or dropping off items for a patient, we ask that you adhere to the guidelines found on our Packing List page. Visitation hours for each patient group are below. Visitors must be over the age of 18. Any exceptions to this policy will need to be approved ahead of time by the treatment team and psychiatrist.
