Welcome to Our New CEO

Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital is pleased to introduce our new Chief Executive Officer, Jessica (Jessie) Becker, effective September 16, 2025.

Prior to joining Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital, Jessie served as Chief Executive Officer for 3 years at UHS psychiatric facility, South Texas Health System Behavioral, a 134-bed facility treating children, adolescents, and adults.  Before that she was Chief Operations Officer at Kingwood Pines Hospital for UHS in Kingwood Texas, where she also participated in the COO-in-training program and oversaw many projects geared towards improving patient safety and experience. And prior to that she was the Chief Executive Officer at Assurance Health in Wilmington and Cincinnati, Ohio, where she oversaw two facilities that provided inpatient psychiatric services to senior adults.

Jessie earned her master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Hospital Administration from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, graduating with a 4.0 GPA, and her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pierce College in Philadelphia.  She also completed her Black Belt in Six Sigma from Villanova University.
