The process is simple: call our Admissions Department at 215-641-5404, provide us with demographic information and supporting clinical data, and staff will advise you of bed availability. If you’re a patient coming in for an assessment, please be prepared with the following during the admission process:
- All mental health issues you are experiencing
- Any medical conditions you may have
- Demographic information (i.e., address, phone, etc.)
- Your insurance information

Streamlined Admissions Process
At Brooke Glen, we offer direct admissions from any outpatient program. Patients who’ve been evaluated by a psychiatrist or psychologist and meet inpatient criteria can be referred for direct admission.
